Description

The 3U013 is the Dell branded LTO1 external drive using the IBM Ultrium1 full height LVD SCSI tape drive.

The Ultrium 1 full height tape drive is the first generation in the LTO Ultrium family and was manufactured by IBM for many vendors including Dell, Tandberg and others for use in libraries, autoloaders and of course as standalone internal and external drives.

The Ultrium 1 offers 100GB native capacity or 200GB compressed capacity on a single tape at speeds of up to 15MBps; 54GB/hour native.

Interface options for the half height Ultrium 1 include U160 LVD SCSI and fibre.

All stock IBM LTO Ultrium drives have been fully refurbished by our factory trained engineers and have passed a series of manufacturer diagnostic tests designed to test the read write performance of the LTO drive.

This refurbished product comes complete with a full 6 month return to base warranty.
